It's the Level 9 Rail System. A large rail system underground at level 9 that runs all over LLO. With the exception of a few areas, I have done all of it by myself. As I posted in my last update, I need help with the surface stations. L9RS runs right by the museum. albeit at level 9

Does anyone got a more recent download of the LLO? I might not be able to get online but want to test 1.3 with the LLO in single player while on the road. The snapshot Pandas / Omelete took for the site is pretty outdated.
Let me bring the topic up to the Transit Authority to help with connections and things like that. Also I would like it to be under the Authority of the transit authority so that we are all one system through the outpost. Thx -Bobalek
played a bit with the 1.3 pre-release while traveling. we now get mow signs from wood and can stack them. we should use that and have an LLO sign initiative the place is big and even for me sometimes confusing. maybe a LLO internal policy that putting signs with hints, waypoints etc anywhere is not griefing would be a good idea.
I am planning on making a station outside of the Umbrella corp embassy as a Little Toronto station and as a prototype station for every other station. Also Bobalek the idea for the blue line to run underground is better so I will see if I can get on and help sometime.
I heard back from Havockstorm. He does *not* want a station in front of Umbrella Corp. I will respect this and close up the spur line that would have lead this proposed station. Once this spur line is closed, please do not place a station any further east on the north line if it would interfere with Umbrella Corp.
Is there a way that the transit authority meets to discuss the rail system? Would like to be a part of that discussion if possible. Would love to have the assistance/guidance of the transit authority for L9RS.
The first rule of the transit authority ..... We don't have meetings but anything that needs to be discussed can be done on this thread. It's really just a bunch of people who have put a lot of time and materials into building the existing rail systems. Some have gone quiet from working too hard, one threw a tantrum and went to play with better kids and the rest of us are around now and then.
Of course he doesn't want a new line.....I saw him and another U.C. using what I assume to be their own private line from LLO to Umbrella Corp. just yesterday.
I can deal with his choice to not have a 'foreign' station placed in front of Umbrella Corp. I just don't understand why he built Umbrella Corp so close to LLO if he doesn't want to have anything to do with LLO. But no matter. I respect his wishes. No harm done.
I'll be gone for a long while sadly. This puts the museum on hold, sorry. I'll check the forums every once in awhile but won't be able to play Minecraft. If someone would like to take over construction with constant screenshots and directing by me, PM me. And someone please watch my house.

Ok. Since I will be gone for a long while, the museum construction is on hold and I ask that the donations stop as well. I don't want you to be donating stuff and then it gets stolen because I wasnt there to collect it.
I am going to be doing some modifying to the PRA rail to allow me to do some major cargo shipments for the olympics, new rails and for the PRA rail upgrade. I will put signs saying that this is a cargo loading area.
