What is SMP8 Broken? NO SMP8 isn’t broken. Hopefully. The entire premise of this comic was based on deadmon5’s entire TNT residence detonating and crashing the entire server. Why Release Now? Well, I totally forgot to release this last summer and I’ve been clearing out my computer storage. I didn’t want to delete the entire comic series so I decided to come back and release these to EMC. Please note, unfortunately this series was not completed and fully rendered. To be honest, it was kind of getting repetitive after a while so I moved to a different project. The ending is still open to interpretation and I’ll leave it up to you guys to figure out what happens next. As I was creating this entire comic, these were the players I used when I was creating them. Note, usernames and locations have probably changed in a year so these might be old. There are a total of 11 completed panels and over 40 unfinished renders. And yes, this series is kind of stupid and silly but I guess that’s smp8 culture in a nutshell. The reason why I didn't put these in the Artistic section was because these panels are less rendered than my typical wallpapers. The "the server you were previously on went down, you have been connected to a fallback server" was more relevant than ever after the 1.15 update, luckily not anymore. I love it And also, Tbird was bragging yesterday in chat about how she had never gotten a marriage fish from anybody. Look at her now.
That moment when you are so used to reading manga so when you see panels in a comic you try reading right to left when it is not manga so it is supposed to be left to right! Once I got around to reading it the right way, it made alot more sense.
Don't worry deadmon also destroys your shop full of novels in the end of the comic *shhh* totally didn't say anything must have been a very strange convo
Overall I love this comic though I think it needs more TNT and Marlix (even more cameos from and Krysyy and me lol)
Better to be featured in a wallpaper tho.. Been trying to work on a marlix wallpaper featuring a bunch of undead/skeleton skins. We'll see how that goes. More like friendly banter sorry if it came across like that lol
