Sooo... I finally got around to creating this thread, yay! I will start off with a drawing I did of myself, in the style I use to draw my characters in! Nice I always like it when I see draw different. I quite like the way the shapes are intentonally (I assume) wrong. In this one, the head doesn't seem that fitting though... maybe try to detail it a little less, and make the head wider?
Coolness! Happy 2019 -- oh wait, my bad... :S lol All in seriousness, I cannot draw in real life on a notepad at all. I think it looks really cool when someone draws it on paper first then scan it for a digital copy.
I do love the ruggedness of pencil drawn art, might I say your compliments that quite well, there is much potential and I do look forward to seeing more!
