Well something I've been trying to do is for a while is a writing contest, which I've tried multiple times. So this is a writing contest but it has some special things to it. The contest will run for the next 6 months or until it's summer break. To enter all you need to do is write a story or poem in the Writer's Corner. That's it! You've now been entered, of course there is rules. Rules Stories must be 100 or more words. Poems need to be at least 3 or more words. The story must have been created in 2017 and threads (or posts for multiple stories in a thread) from before that don't qualify. Guides do not qualify (If they did, Shell would win). The prize is 10k in rupees, but if you want to donate feel free to. If you're donating just post here or PM me and hold on to your donation until it's over and I'll remind donaters when the event is over. You will be judged out of 10 points on the following. If you want to judge post here and I'll send you candidates as they come. To be a judge you can't have bias mind you and can't have any of your stories or poems qualify, you must also be active on the forums (in terms of just looking at it 5 or more times a week). Is there a maximum word count? I'm terrible at short stories, mainly character development. But if that's the case, I'm up for the challenge. :/ If not, I might submit the story I'm currently working on.

Can I submit something I wrote from another site? I started writing it yesterday but I cannot put it on here as it is a mature content story.
Well, yes. It has to be finished before the end date 6 months from now, or it technically isn't a narrative story.
Ah crap. Cause my story is going to end as a full blown FF novel and it'll take me longer to write obviously...
Just to clarify, you only have to post in this thread if you want to judge, not if you want to be a participant, right? Also, it's worth mentioning that authors retain all copyrights to their works.
You're writing a whole Final Fantasy novel? Well if you want there is a way you cheat it in, all you got to do is end at a part of the book in the book. That way you'll have the illusion of an end. It may lower your chances of winning though. You could always submit a poem.
