        I haven't lost power or internet yet, and the winds aren't terribly strong so I'm not in any real danger.

        I realized some people knew generally where I lived in Texas, and I didn't want anyone to worry unduly about me, because some of these developing weather reports are really severe and quite concerning.

        Consider this my "I'm safe" Facebook check-in for my friends in the Empire ^_~*
