Is there really so few people on forums who want a cross-server customizable room-with storage? I provide all the chests, furnaces, signs, and carpet--of all colors--that you want!
Every room is one-time payment, each room price differing by the size (price stated above room).
You can have a room forever--so long as you don't get banned or log off EMC for 14 days straight!

If there's a demand, I'll re-create SFe Rave v.3, a free, hosted rave area (PG13).
Automatic lights, free (or cheap) refreshments, bedrooms and saunas, birthday cakes if the place is reserved for a birthday, etc.

So yes, we serve fast, even if it's a reservation--we find ways to meet up quick.
