Are Auto-Fish farms against the rules?

  1. Just wondering so I can know whether to make one or not. :) Thanks!
  2. I also put a weight on my mouse, is that ok? or is that against the afk rules?
  3. That is okay AS LONG AS you are at your computer and able to respond to messages.

  4. Lol penguin :) we will pvp again sometime
  5. The relevancy is real.... lol :p There are two farms that can be talked about since you didn't elaborate.. There is a grinder of guardians or most likely you are referring to this....

It's fine but as stated before....
What isn't allowed is a auto-reeler or a auto-fisher mod. You can refer to disallowed mods here.

  6. Lol thanks clan23 xD I was actually referring to Nimstv's 1.8 fishing farm, but it's the same concept xP
  7. Since I have never used them (the mods that is) I do have a question. What is the difference between building an afk fishing machine and using a weight on your mouse to keep you fishing vs. the auto-reeler or a auto-fisher mod? Do the mods do anything that a weight on my mouse button doesn't? Just curious.
  8. Mods can allow a player to click faster then what is normally allowed, same way that a rapid-fire mouse does.
  9. I still don't understand. If I have a weight on my mouse button... It is clicking constantly, non stop. How can that mod make it click any faster?
  10. I think that the mod would not be sending the same signals as if you were clicking the mouse. For example, the mouse would only register say, 20 clicks per second. (I have no idea how many clicks an actual mouse would register.) The mod would input 100 clicks per second and would not register any limits and would input straight to the game. However, this topic has nothing to do with auto fishing. xP With auto fishing mods, my guess is that the only thing they do is always reel in the fishing rod at the right time so that you don't have to do it yourself.
