Yes. Why wouldn't it be?

• The item is a promo item, these can be auctioned off in any quantity; see here.
• There was one invalid bid but that got corrected (by another player making a new bid). Not an issue.
• When BanditLM wrote that he thought to have won the auction 2 days, 6 hours and 45min had passed. So he was right.
