Due to this, all chances of a joint space program with New Kalmar have been lost. If the USSR is sure it wants to leave the European Commonwealth, the EC will disband and the Mongolian terrorist situation will worsen.
If the EC is to disband then Sebia will immeditally take action with regards to the Mongolians. The USSR currently have no helped the situation even during their time in the EC. It's quite insulting that they would leave their people's lives to the EC rather than helping, and giving threats then they will attack doesn't do anything. Words need to be put into action, which is what Sebia are currently doing. We currently have no comment on the EC's status in regards to it disbanding.
If Russia were to pull out of the EC and therefore Mongolia, the SEAA would be open to contributing more to stabilizing the region with regards to food and medical assistance, but is not currently open to expanding its combat role past the spray runs. The SEAA now has universal healthcare, but it acts differently than others. Instead of all medical visits being paid by tax money, every citizen is allowed a maximum of 20 pre-paid doctor visits per year, and any more must be paid by the patient. This is to stop abuse of the system while still allowing even the poorest to get health care. This can be modified for those who are suffering from chronic illnesses or long term injuries/illnesses who might require more medical care. The SEAA is now looking into hydroelectric power.
