Being completely awesome. If her current BF treats her poorly, and she leaves a him for someone who is awesome and will treat her right, why would she leave someone that treats her well??? And, hey, there is the incentive to not treat her poorly!!! Right???

from what i've seen, what I think is that she likes you. Personally, there was this one girl in my musical theatre class (shush i can sing if i want ) and I felt like she might have liked me, because she seemed to be really nice to me and I felt like I was kind of attracted to her. Basically what I'm saying is that she might be considering your better features and being attracted to you as a result. SCIENCE!
