Caspernas' man-made virus is complete. It is a shifting-absorptive megavirus with a protein sheath, reinforced with ionized hydrogen, which makes it immune to irradiation. It works by copying the host cell's DNA and places them into exons that are re-introduced to host cells with pre-programmed introns. It sees half cells as broken and 'fixes' them. One of the 'exiled' 11ACU members has been tested on and has become much more muscular, taller (10 foot to be exact) and has become immune to radiation (he was thrown in chambers full of it multiple times) and disease. Caspernas' president was assassinated after he annoyed too many people due to his alcoholism.
