A National space bureau is established to make the EU able to reach the moon first.

  2. The new version of EACH has been completed. The upgrade allows computers to do much more than talk to each other. The new version allows people to access the Common User Link, or CUL. The CUL has "CULpages, which can be made for message boards, command centers, or infomation databases. Due to the size of computers, it is unlikely that the CUL will ever be used outside of the government, military, or university's.

The EAA begins work on a "sticker" used to catalog items. (4 turns)

  4. Gautama's mountain and sea warfare doctrine has been updated to accommodate the new armoured units.
the engines for these machines are bulky and loud however, new plans are drawn up for a streamlined fisson engine that has minimal risk of meltdown or leakage. many different isotopes are tested. (6 posts)

Gautama cordons off huge sections of its territorial sea as fish and coral reef preserves meanwhile fishing in international waters. the merchant marine forces protect these preserves vigilantly and tensions between taiwanese fisherman straying too far arise.(3 posts)

Gautama also begins a deep core mining project in its small territory of antartica hoping to bring to light new information about the creation of the earths crust. this project will take years and potentially new drilling technology as pressure and heat increases. Gautama shares any information it gathers and invites other scientists to contribute and participate. (24 posts)

The now armed population of Gautama calls for a force that can deal with global threats more directly. Gautama considers a standing army but decides it goes against its principles, Private contractors are once again hired to maintain an elite fighting force able to act outside of the governmental chain of command in times of crisis, money is once again poured into researching new tech for these forces. 9. Caspernas has successfully discovered, and replicated something they are now calling 'DNA' and have begun to re-engineer their bioweapon to make use of it (8 posts), as the test subjects they originally sought to help have since died from muscular dystrophy that 'killed' their hearts.

The 11ACU, almost a year after their capture, has informed the public that the seventeen 'traitors' of the 11ACU who opened gunfire on the crowds at Manchester are being confined within a R&DC and the bioweapon virus will be tested on them as punishment.
  10. The N.A.C. requests some of the bioweapon virus.
  11. If the map is up to date:
    Nation: Perador
Made up of: Peru, Chile, and Bolivia

Govmt Policies: Strong border patrol, Looking into high tech weapons dev and air weapons eg. space and light speed planes. (Perador obeys no physics!)
  12. Swa Shek gladly declines as the protest was fairly peaceful and only one man had his feelings hurt. :)
Swa Shek proposes an alliance with the EAA however, to defend one another from attack.

  16. Wouldn't that require extra research? As far as I can tell nobody has sent a man up into space yet in this game

  17. The jet engine is complete. Work begins on an aircraft to perform flight tests (14 posts) and a flight test research centre (9 posts).

Australasia will gladly accept this fifer and begins to implement them.

Australasia also proposes an international treaty that does not allow any nation to claim any part of or in object in space or use space for weapons.

Australasia is also concerned at the health and safety in this reject, as no flight tests were performed beforehand. They are also concerned that there may be espionage involved, as the project worked perfectly after a short development period without any flight tests.
