Dystopia?

One of the staff have talked about a hardcore survival and I agree'd with them so I keep asking for it now I love survival

and maybe have little ruins with chests with stuff like a potion or two and maybe some food + a sword? hence the fact of possible apoc theme

This could be one of the coolest ideas i've ever heard of on empire minecraft.

But know seriosly wouldn`t this be so cool to have, I`m all thumbs up for this idea!!!

I can just imagen siting in a fort with zombies breaking my doors when i realise that waiting for the sunrise was not going to happen...

I know this is an old thread, but I'm curious what the new blood on the forums thinks about this idea. There are a lot of good ideas in this thread, it's worth a read through.

So far we have a wilderness like the current one, but constantly night. Mob spawn rates are increased, as are those of ores. This could be a very profitable place, as long as you could tame it. It would have small protected zone, about half of current ones found in the wild, where you would take no health damage and a zone five times as big as the current where you couldn't build, so you need to fight your way out go build, not just dodge a few mobs and dig down to relative safety. This is all to encourage teamwork and large community bases.

Permitable PVP and grieving have already been mentioned. The Empire doesn't permit either on any servers in any circumstances, this world will be no different.

Yeah, super charged super speed creepers are the things minecraft nightmares are made of. There truly is no getting away.
