  12. patents are meant for copyrighting designs, devices, inventions however if some one would make a coffee shop you can't patent the idea of that kind of shop so anyone else could make a coffee shop with there own prices and logos and also this is the economy irl if you don't like people competing against you then you shouldn't make a business, after kadboy made a supply co. other people followed without kad's agreement, so you have no right to say someone stole this, if they stole your exact building design then it could be an argument but this is the world we live in someone WILL steal your ideas and use them to make a profit if you want this to end you must make your business better than your competition
