    Or maybe extreme ironing.
    How about poetry?
    I think long-distance spitting would be really popular.
    Not to mention long distance running across LEGO blocks, because running across hot coals is so mainstream.

    But the best thing you could possibly add would likely be lava wall construction.
    People could be graded on whether the lava wall is made efficiently (not placing buckets of lava side by side and spacing them out for a greater length), how quickly it is built (with a time penalty if your lava wall has breaks in it), the quality (has a trench been built so the lava wall extends to bedrock, is any dirt scaffolding remaining), and the thickness (how many rupees at 2012 prices would it cost to buy the minimal lava/fire resistance gear to pass through the lava wall unharmed).

  15. I try first in my hotmail account, it didn't show the mail, also it didn't apear in my junk mails. Then I try in my gmail acount, it worked, but it showed that I couldent recive my bounus.
