Two very different classics up next... first up the awesome looking BMW E30! This next one, the Fiat 126, is a model type I've been a fan of for a while now. This particular one isn't to my personal tastes because it's on hydraulic suspension and I think the colours could have been done better, but the guy who owns it spent a lot on it and it's an interest project!
The rear of the Fiat 126 from earlier, Fiat Seicento engine! A very mean looking rear of a racing VW Golf Mk1!
This Audi 80 Sport looks great! The owner was a nice guy and I had a good chat with him! The glorious Renault 5 GT Turbo, a true retro hot hatch now!
When I posted it, I was genuinely thinking about writing that above the photo because I could see it too! Nice to see someone noticed it. Hm, may as well post while I'm at it VW Beetle, classic of course! The real Beetle
That's great! The video for everyone wondering: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EBhEekrBvLo Silvia S15 drifting! Skyline R33!
Amazing looking drift car here, I believe it's an old Toyota Celica! 1969, but heavily modified... The four door Skyline R34 back at it again!
Are my watermarks too much? I've got some rude comments towards myself and my watermarks on one of the images I have on The Tank Museum page. Should I change it so that it only comes across the center and only have it said once?
Well I understand the want to protect your photos from being used without your authorization. I do have to note that they also tend to block the picture a bit when you plaster a dozen on it. Perhaps just placing one on the car or whatever your picture has in it. Discreetly though, so your eyes aren't drawn straight to the watermark but so the watermark can be seen.
That's what I may be thinking of, just one in the center perhaps. Would take a bit of work to get one to fit perfectly but maybe it's worth a shot. I want to protect my photos which is why I moved over to the current system, but maybe it's time for another change.
I may be looking at watermark changes but that doesn't mean we have to stop the pictures from Forge! A Nissan drifting with my name on it An interesting Ford Escort Mk1 Estate drift car, never seen one of these doing it before!
Well everyone, here it is. Four unfriendly comments, several days of contemplation, a review time and a giant struggle with Photoshop later, the new watermark. It still fits the purpose of protecting my image, but hopefully the images can be enjoyed more now. I hope you all like it! Opacity of the text is currently at 45%. Image is from Tankfest earlier this year. If you have any feedback, tell me now as I would like it to be in top form for Rallyday 2016 coming up!
I like the new watermark, it looks cool. I personally didn't have a problem with the old one but clearly some very mean people did. Maybe this will make em simmer down.
