• New Wild Outposts (NE, NW, SE, SW)
• Improved Wastelands outpost
• Aikar made a fat snowflake

Judging by it and by assuming:

• 4 new teleports (Maybe 12)
  • 10k out
  • 5 million out (where this is)
  • All directions
• Possibly, just maybe, there is NE/NW/SE/SW directions.

This allows people to go to virgin land and explore the new biomes.
