I'll often excuse it if it's from like 2011, as back then he was still kind of interesting. But a song on Herobrine in 2016? Meh. Haha, I loved that one! It's a bit crude, but it's really fun! Wow, that was a lot more crude. It's well-made, though, I think! I like the song and the singing, but it's unfortunate that there's no animation. Moreover, I think the microphone quality is awful. I think those are neither Minecraft nor parodies. I was sure I linked the original parody. While I understand that the original artists (or more likely their record label) need to protect their work, these are clearly parodies and as such don't break copyright laws. The record labels are bullying the youtubers to remove the videos or they will issue a copyright strike. Three strikes and the channel is removed. The channel would return once the strikes have been investigated but big channels like CaptainSparklz would lose a fortune while the strikes are investigated, so they choose to concede to the record label's demands.
