  4. Yes, but how would we know WHOS rupee history to pull from if they're not logged in?

    EDIT: OH! Do you mean add one for logged in users to the website, so you don't have to login INGAME?

    This above site seems to delay counting the vote, sometimes many hours later finally getting credit but ultimately messing up voting regularity as far as increases.
