Not sure this is the right place for this. I just voted on Top G and scrolled down the list to see where we stand. Then I realize Top G lists EMC as 1.9.x NOT 1.11.x as it should be. I think this could be a serious detriment to getting new players to choose EMC. I haven't looked yet to see how we are listed on other sites. I don't know how that is updated (our job or theirs) but someone needs to be notified so it can be corrected.
Yeah, those things should be kept in check. However, I think only Aikar is able to change it, and he's got quite a lot on his plate, as we all know.
Nicely spotted! Yeah, now that I actually looked at the entry I saw what you mean. This is a perfect example why "many eyes will always spot mistakes" is actually flawed (this is often used within open source projects: many user eyes are bound to spot flaws in the source code). Fact of the matter is that many eyes usally tend to overlook the obvious, just like it happened here. Myself included

Thank you. I did not want to bother you or Aikar with a PM. I wasn't sure if other senior staff could do it. So I made the thread and then reported the thread to staff.
For future, you can bother me with it. If you had messaged Aikar, he likely would have just invited me, so no biggie. Senior staff do not have access. There were a few that I didn't get to yesterday that I will take care of today.
