Does the ship we build have to be on EMC, or can it be on SP? Just wondering, because for my idea, I'd need loads of materials.

As some of you may have seen, Aikar made a status about an anti-grief update. This has me excited! Perhaps soon we will finally be able to open the borders to the Grand Line base (my outpost). Sorry, Carthaga, for the further delay. The embassy is finished, but with the anti-grief update in mind we feel safer now than ever to expand our HQ and central town area. This will hopefully let us extend our reach to more outposts in congenial solidity. In the meantime, I wish to ask How are the ships coming along? The fleet must grow!
I might want to build a ship for carthage except I CANT BUILD SHIPS! XD (Maybe if I got some help from someone who can...)
Or maybe I could build a submarine for Carthage! Btw if Kaizimir and you don't mind I would like to be part of the Carthaga delegation that visits the majestic docks of the Lucky Pirates!
