Jake puts pressure on her arm. 'Yeah I do. I found it way back in san diego'. Jake puts the tourniquet on her arm. Suddenly, the car stops and everybody is thrown forwards. Crowds of infected swarm around the car.
Rambo reaches the shooting range. He finds not only ammunition, but an old rusty shotgun next to a bloody infected. He kills the infected with his knife to preserve ammo and grabs the shotgun. It is an old double barreled shotgun.
(Satelittes work intermittently) Out of nowhere Jake and the group are startled when a 18 wheeler plows through the infected, killing most. A man gets out and says his name Is jack.
George gets out of the car and kills the rest of the infected with his knife, he proceeds to slam Jack against the car and says, "How do we know we can trust you, we don't have much time, tell us NOW!"
Jack says you just have to or my boys will rip you to pieces. Several large dudes get out if the truck and surround George. We don't want to fight we were just on our way to Knoxville to help this guy.
George backs off hesitantly. "Do you have anything for her," he points at Jake's wife who is teetering in and out of consciousness. "If she doesn't get help soon she'll die."
Although completely going against his gut feeling, George accepts the offer only because he has no other choice.

"Jack, Jake, we didn't make it in time! We have no choice kill her, or leave her to go with the other infected. Jake! It's over, I'm sorry, there is no antidote for this," George said.
