Actually snapshot 22w42a is for update 1.19.3, the soon to be camel update. Camels can be found in desert villages at a rate of one per village and are capable of carrying two riders, so they're basically land boats. They like to randomly sit down, during which time you can't drive them anywhere. On the plus side, they can walk over fences and are tall enough zombies can't reach you when you're riding one.
