This bug is new. I thought it would have been fixed earlier, but it still lingers. Teleporting from one location to another location within rendered chunks around you causes you to "bounce" (like you're landing on slime blocks) upon landing. If you don't know what I mean, try typing /home and then try teleporting to a named location or a nearby residence.
I've noticed this when TPing using res locs and to spawns. Kinda like a little spring in your step. Fairly recent.
