Are you sure? I've met some Alaskans, they can get pretty nasty. Especially when you call them nasty things, like treehuggers or nature nuts. Haven't personally met any Australians, but I'm sure they don't bite. (I apologize if you are Alaskan, that was based off just one encounter with a group of nasty looking dudes, who called us 'urbanized ****s'. I'm sure that very few in Alaska actually act like that.)
