[Suggestion] Official 'Statement' on suggestions

In a perfect world yeah.

But I have seen people say that line even when I provide reasons :/ I'm not saying I'm never going to respond no. I just did to a few in this forum.

I meant though, depending on how strong of a response I can come up with can dictate whether or not I respond.

While everything is developed for the community, I still have to maintain a level of quality and professionalism, so not every idea can be accepted, and responding with something like "Sorry, no, I just don't think it fits into EMC" will be taken personally if they are told that 5 times in a row.
