  4. Nice idea! Though I don't think it can be done unless there is a clientside mod along with a server plugin but I could be wrong.

    I do know of a mod that might interest you though. It has some of the features that you mentioned in your post.

    I don't believe /scoreboard has clickable buttons, right? The OP specified buttons, and those would require client mod.

  6. Nope! But hey, at least I get that I don't get it, right?

    Either way, some form of "friends list" would be nice other than just trying to remember everyone. (I'm kinda....terrible at that.)

  7. Well, the op was only suggesting one way of how it could work. If you could have a drop down "Friends" Scoreboard, and hide it when not needed, and the names are colored when those people are online, or on another smp, along with a few more commands like /mail, it could work out fine :p
