I like this idea, but I can also definitely see the risks as well. But these ideas always make me wonder: are you the kind of player who would send some stuff to another player when you know that it is his/her birthday, or is this more about liking the idea to get a goodie when it is your birthday? Wouldn't be the first time I sent something over when I noticed this, but unfortunately it also wouldn't be the first time when a player tried to (ab)use this (for example by claiming it is their birthday one week later).
