[Suggestion] Allow players to turn off 'mob radar' ("xx chunks away")

So much yes for this suggestion. We were discussing with some people just few days ago, if "mob radar" could potentially be made as toggleable feature, as those screen messages really get annoying if you spend most of the time out in wilderness. 2 years (or is it a year? Feels like eternity anyways) of popping up messages may be enough for even the most patient personality.
