We also have a contact us link on the bottom of the site that goes into a queue to get answered. Additionally if the problem is with another in-game, /report is very powerful as it goes into our powerful staff tools called "square". It also helps create a "record" on a player, so when we have a problem with them we see they have been reported before, by who, and for what
