Sign Shake

I have been seeing shaking names on signs and really skinny &k text ill show a screentshot

Its shaking but it froze in the screenshot

can you explain what is shaking? the top and bottom lines should both be moving and displaying random characters if I'm reading the sign correctly, so the two centre lines, are theses your troublesome shakers?
It may be a texture pack issue looking at your pictures if it is those two centre lines.

Um, yes, but what he did was not really wrong , he did not really do anything against the rules, it just would've been better to create a new thread. Also, he most likely would not even have seen it if I reported the post, while he does see it when I just quote him.
