You may break and edit the skeleton/walls of your cube as you please. Warning: If you have a floating cube and you break the entire skeleton first, then you won't have any blocks to build off of and you'll have to call me to fix that. You will be charged 500r every time that you make this mistake. 2. You may change your subzone tpset and your subzone res message while the res owner (my alt) is gold+, but you may not add or edit any locs or tags. Do not change the subzone res messages for the nether cube. 3. No refunds after you move into your room. 4. I will reserve your room without payment for one month. If you do not update me after one month, your reservation will be nullified. 5. Rooms are first-come, first-served. 6. No griefing, no stealing, no harassing other residents, and no inappropriate builds. Any of these will result in a warning or a ban from the res and you will not get any of your items in your cube back. 7. You may have cubemates and split the payment, but as you will share admin perms within the same subzone, it is your responsibility to pick cubemates that you trust. 8. If you are banned from EMC, you will be kicked out of your cube without getting your items back. 9. Up to two cubes per person. This does not count the communal cube. 10. You are allowed to move cubes, but each move costs 200r that will double with each additional move. This is not refundable, nor is your original room purchase. You are also responsible for moving your items. 11. One pet allowed per resident. Pets must be contained within your cube. No animals in the nether cube. 12. If you are an alt, you must tell me the name of your main account. I will not share this information with others; it is for my own safety and peace of mind. 13. If you decide to have cubemates, you must move in at the same time. You must agree on which room you want beforehand. If you move in first and decide to have cubemates later, you will not get a refund. If you want your cubemate to pay some of the cost, you must discuss it with them. I will not charge for post-move-in cubemates and I will not refund you. 14. This is a non-profit service. The permanent derelict protection voucher and diamond supporter voucher cost me 1.5M alone. Then there's also the cost of mats and labor. Therefore, I accept donations. If you donate at least 1kr, you will be added to the chaotic communal nether cube for fun This is the only cube where griefing and stealing go unpunished--because it's free-for-all, anything goes (except spawning animals). Have fun! 15. Lag-free! No farms, redstone, or automatic laggy builds that run when you aren't active and present. You may have builds that run when you e.g. flick a lever, but you must be actively watching the farm or doing something else on the res while it runs. You may not leave it on while you are afk. You may not park an alt there just for the farm. If your build drops the tps, you must destroy it. Remember to turn it off when you leave the res or log out. If I catch you being afk at it or leaving something automatic running while you aren't there, you will be res banned and you will not get your items in your cube(s) back. So, even if you're just leaving to go use the restroom, turn off that machine! 16. As long as you log in at least once every 365 days, your cubes will remain yours. However, if you are gone for more than 365 consecutive days, your cubes will be put up for scrutiny. If I decide that your cube may be better off sold to another eager resident, you may lose your cube. Your purchase will not be refunded, but all of your items will be packaged into shulker boxes and mailed to you or stored for you to pick up. I guarantee that you will not lose any valuables to being derelict in the hotels. 17. If you tell me for any reason that you want to move out, I will confirm with you only once, and then you will be moved out if you confirm it. You will not receive a refund. If you want to move back in again, you will be treated like a new resident, which includes being at the end of the waiting line. There are 82 private cubes plus 1 communal nether cube!
