  7. No - i believe 1.2.3 was the fastest update. They only fixed a few aspects:







    * Fixed crash bug at height 255
    * Corrected Zombies and Skeletons not burning in sunlight
    * Corrected birch and spruce saplings not growing at height > 127

  14. As far as i know ICC said this downtime was to prepare for 1.3.1. Also bukkit for 1.3.1 has not come out yet.
