and if you are going to keep a shop keep it stocked. I hate going to a shop and looking for something and there being a chest and nothing to buy
When did you add them back? The tags were just restored on Monday, so if you added them back before then that is why they were gone. Edit: As far as I can tell, the SMP8 and Utopia tags were restored for residences that I know did not have their tags added back yet before the fix went out. So not sure why it wouldn't have restored yours.

I'm not sure. I bet I added them just a stitch too soon. I know it was just recently that I added them back. No worries, though. I'm in good shape.
