I don't really see how you are having a problem with resses. More or less you are just exploiting the residence system and making a mess of the plot next to you and the road.

I'm pretty sure your not allowed to do that It can be classed as greifing and your exploiting residence rules. You're also not allowed to build on town roads without the help of a senior mod.

For things like this, it's best to either leave it be if it's more blatant (and not take advantage of it) or report it to Aikar if it's something like a duplication bug.
