Res info bug

  1. While trying to get a res number's information. The command tells you that the res number is not a user.

  2. Doing /res info !5111 also appears not to work
    Although doing /res info !5111 wafflecoffee, which provides flags for player wafflecoffee, results this line only (which I think is intended feature?)

  4. This seems to be a bug with ACF. Not sure why. I shall look into it when I have time...

  9. I was thinking of the instance.. but previously we could do !<resnum> and I wouldn't be opposed to that if it prevents collisions between a username/res number.
