Nether Portal question

  1. Hey all, just a quick question. Can you send item through portal into the nether?

    I did a search and did not come across another post on this.

  4. Actually, you can sent stuff through it. Things like minecarts will easily go through it, and retain on the other end. Same with entities such as mobs (this didn't work, but was marked as an official bug which has been fixed).

    However... I'm not 100% sure if there is an EMC limitation (a difference from vanilla).

  5. You can not do it on emc, as you are able to dupe items, So Aikar has disabled sending items, and carts through portals, Mobs can still pass through like normal.

  6. Thanx all for the reply and likes. Was just wondering about items to try to keep villages from merging, I will see how it goes without beable to have the villager process the doors all the time. If they merge they merge nothing I can do about that. :)
