The thing is, most of the time, we don't need that. Those who've played a lot know the symptoms of each particular problem, so for example, you could look through this thread to find out what was happening, why, and an estimate of how long it'd take to get back up. I mean, I'm sure it's possible to do automatically, especially with this type of problem, but I'd assume Justin has more awesome ways to spend his time.
Awesome idea... Take that to the Suggestion Box! The only problem... Even in times like this, most people don't go to the website...
UPDATE: I just got onto Utopia. Not sure if the problem is fixed, but it seems like it's getting there.
