Okay... I have a beacon set up at my first res, and am installing another at my 2nd. I have triple checked. Beacons are activated. I can't put in materials to get the buffs. I am perplexed. What am I forgetting??
You don't forget anything, beacons are a little buggy here... The best thing you can do is breaking the beacon and placing it down again (after relogging) It doest always work... but after a few times, it will most-likely work
