The South English are. The North English, Welsh, and Scottish are known throughout Europe for acting and dressing like stereotypical Russians (always drunk, skinheads, wear tracksuits a lot) and having the mouth of a sailor (we're also the reason that expression exists) - oh, and also a brain the size of a walnut. And I wonder why I catch myself thinking I'm above most people around me sometimes... I don't like us being known for wearing top hats and drinking tea and talking like posh people (quite the opposite; someone talks like that here, you're getting stabbed)
Well you're also known for all watching Doctor Who for some reason. The British are known for weird things.
