You're totally locked out.

One thing you can do.... Is either consult a computer technician (I can do it but I need to be physically there) or re-install windows. To re-install windows I suggest you re-partition the hard drive meaning that you will partition a part for the new operating system while keeping the old one so you can restore files. After that you can delete the old partition.

Hint: After installing your new operating system INSTALL an anti virus FIRST!

I don't know what I did but my computer seems very strange now... It's like 5 years ago and all my documents have been deleted, also my BFH account has been stolen!
