Hitler only considered Operation Sealion a last resort if peace could not be negotiated with the UK and the Commonwealth and Empire, and he postponed it indefinitely after the British dominated the air above the English Channel and he realised he'd never be able to win in the air - which, by that point, was necessary to achieve victory in a sea and land battle. Furthermore, a simulation of the plan carried out by the Sandhurst Royal Military Academy in 1974 concluded that if it went ahead, it would have been a devastating defeat for the Third Reich.

I disagree the money that could be spent on this can be spent on space travel which will allow humans to spread out across an interstellar empire and also solve the same problems also disagree on the disease part personally i believe they ain't doing any god's work until they infect and kill me
