I'd like to establish/re-establish the outpost of Dwyrain as an independent outpost under my leadership and a new name. I have received permission from those whose builds fall into the radius, as in my previous post, but it was still denied. The previous staff member who helped me with this was Slvr and for simplicity I would like to continue the process with them.
