  2. Hi Benny. As this isn't your outpost I cannot assess the claim and establish it just yet. Can you have your friend post in this thread to confirm that they want the outpost established, and that they understand what that entails by having read the information here? They will also need to specify whether they want ownership of the outpost to be in their name or yours.
