[Est. Outpost] People of Carthaga (PoC)

Everybody should check their Carthaga mailbox ASAP. I put a story/teaser about the upcoming March Carthage event in them.

Multipurpose post:

When was the last Carthaga Times published? If Scorpio wouldn't mind I could write one about recent events.

Also I'm going to start working on courses for the University of Carthaga

I liked your story Kaizimir. Really explains a lot of things about Minecraft. Im starting on the next event soon so if anyone has extra spruce leaves they would be willing to give me please PM me.

I also prepared some writing for the Carthaga Times. I have now written up 5 chapters of the history of Carthaga. But there are a few more to be written.

There a few chests behind the portal in C. Stuff in there can be brought to SMP-town. If they are empty you could bring 1-2 DC of cobble or stone. Running a bit low on these in the towers

Ha, would be nice if it worked like this. But the carts won't travel that far on their own. If they hit unloaded chunks they will stop Also please make sure that the rails aren't cluttered with carts, as many people afk while on the rails and then bounce back to were they came from.

Twas the night before Valentine's

And all through Carthaga

Not a creature was stirring

All the lovers and singles

All asleep in their beds

With vision of candy hearts

Dancing through their heads

At about midnight

There was a thunderous roar

But all the creatures slept through it

And started to snore

When they woke up

They saw a bright light

from the direction of Event Park

Where something had happened in the night

They headed there right away

To see what had gone on

And when they got there

They were snapped out of their yawns

Standing in front of them

Was a mystical portal

Which had never been under

The gaze of a mortal

It started to glow

In a deep, vibrant pink

And out of the portal

Jumped a boy in perfect sync

He was dressed in a toga

With a bow in his hand

A quiver on his back

And halo the color of sand

His name was Cupid

The god of love

But this boy was now baby

He was like a killer dove

He said he would hold a contest

To find the best archer

Anyone who could shoot him

Before his departure

Would win a great prize

That they would always treasure

They could look at it

And feel internal pleasure

He warned the citizens

They would have to be fast

Because no one had ever shot him

Any time in the past

He invites anyone to try

On Valentine's Day

For a week he will be here

And then he must go away
