EMC is Officially 1.3 + NEW DB SERVER

  1. Hey everyone,

    As you all probably know (or don't yet) we are now 1.3 on all our servers. There are likely to be bugs/glitches galore as there is with every MC update, so have patience while we go through them all. The major updates should all be working okay though, including villager trading and ender chests. Enderchests are individual per person no matter where you open them. We could all look in the very same enderchest on the same residence and will all have a different inventory. We plan on making some unique updates to our vault/enderchest system in the near future if we can work out some things, so keep an eye out for that.

    While they don't yet work, we WILL be adding enderchests to the LOCK system for the wild. This of course would prevent the stealing of the enderchest...even though it wouldn't affect the inventory at all for you.

    If there are any other bugs or glitches you find please report them here. If you find any MAJOR glitches such as duplication or things like that please contact us in private via a conversation and don't tell others/abuse it.

    As a side note, the server host we were with were having a heck of a time finding the errors in our database server, so we opted in for a brand new one. We should be problem free (for example: The "Join Now For Access" messages) from errors that crash us every now and then.

  10. Whats with smp5? and i cant connect to any other EMC servers it says i can only be connectet to one at a time

  11. Restart your minecraft, and close any other minecrafts that are open, or restart your computer to force close all of them. And this is awesome, Big round of applause to the EMC staff team :)

  17. Database server.

    You can setup a Minecraft server to store it's data in a database instead of a flat file. It is more efficient for large servers.
