  1. I'm selling residence 4567. PM me offers please. Also available: 2 adjacent residences are open, and at least 6 others are derelict. Also diagonal from the residence is the SMP2 Public Farms. Memorable, has services nearby, and has open residences nearby. Perfect for a shop, house, or anything of your choosing. Again, PM me offers.

    edit; Forgot to include that the residence already has had a DDTT activated on it, so there is literally NOTHING on the residence except the bottom layer of bedrock.

  3. Yes. There's actually a command to do it. /res changeowner. It charges each participant 25k.
