  18. I don't usually do mail/delivery for auctions but in this case I am willing mail the Heads if the auction winner requests it (the default is still the access chest) & if they pay the cost of mailing it on top of their winning bid ("150r+bid" in this case).
    Note: Same rule as the access chest you pay before you get the goods.
