  1. As said by ShelLuser, the comment its self is invalid as it counts as both a bump and as said You can't just take away a bid its just like modern auctions, lets say your auctioning off a car, some one bids 20$ when it starts off as 1$ , you can't take away that bid they made, but a player can outbid them and the fee they put is then lifted. As stated this should be resolved between you and Silver.
