I'd be careful about this if I were you.
Let's just get something clear, 9/11 was a very bad event and it's good you're creating a virtual presence of the memorial.
But by doing this, you could be opening you and the server up to a very wide spectrum of soulless trolls seeking to upset those about the events of 9/11.
I'm not gonna stop you, but I'm just gonna warn you to be careful.
